Brick City Loft is part of a residential community. Every guest, neighbor, service provider, and team member contributes to the overall experience. We ask all guests to approach their stay with respect, courtesy, and consideration for others.
Brick City Loft is a professionally maintained hospitality property located within a historic residential building. We ask guests to treat the loft, furnishings, amenities, and shared spaces with the same care and respect they would extend to their own home.
Identity verification, guest screening, payment confirmation, and rental agreement completion may be required before access credentials are issued.
Reservations canceled more than 30 days before arrival receive a full refund. Reservations canceled between 8 and 30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking and receive a full refund provided the arrival date was at least 30 days away when the reservation was made. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. A $50 late check-out fee applies beginning 15 minutes after 11:00 AM.
The maximum occupancy is six registered guests unless otherwise approved in writing. Visitors may not stay overnight. Parties and unauthorized events are prohibited.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
One designated parking space is provided when included with the reservation. Unauthorized vehicles or failure to return parking credentials may result in additional fees.
Guests may not grant building access to unknown individuals or permit unauthorized persons to enter secured areas.
During the final three weeks of December, priority may be given to longer family stays and extended reservations.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the loft. A $300 per day remediation fee applies to violations. Open flames are prohibited.
Commercial photography, filming, podcasts, content creation, and production activities require prior approval through the Production Inquiry process.
Pets require prior written approval and applicable pet fees.
Guests may be held financially responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Exterior cameras monitor entry points. Smart lock credentials may not be shared. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Guests are expected to comply with all applicable laws throughout their stay.
Verified guests may request host and property information for visa or travel documentation purposes.
The courtyard is reserved for residents, emergency access, maintenance operations, or approved use only.
Guests are responsible for lawful internet usage.
Brick City Loft cannot guarantee recovery, storage, or shipping of personal property left behind.
Temporary interruptions of utilities, internet service, building systems, or third-party services may occasionally occur.
The individual making the reservation represents that they are an authorized user of the payment method used to complete the booking. By accessing the property, guests acknowledge that lodging services have been delivered in accordance with reservation terms.
All mandatory reservation charges are disclosed during the booking process.
